What the user is required to do?
Contact LEGION Computer accessories immediately to establish and confirm the fault and the process to do the replacement.
Under what circumstances you offer returns and refunds?
If the product is in fact faulty and it falls within the warranty period we will replace or refund the product.
Timeframe in which you accept returns
This is dependent on the product and the warranty.
Carry cases and backpacks have a limited lifetime warranty on factory default for zips and stitching. Wear and tear or accidental/malicious damage is not covered.
All locks have a 3 year warranty on factory default.
When your user can expect a refund
Within 7 – 14 days from contacting LEGION after it is established that a replacement is needed.
Shipping & Delivery Information
How much is delivery?
The delivery charges quoted on the site are designed to cater for the weight and size of your order. The charges are designed to average out on the destination address within the confines of the Republic of South Africa. Should you have multiple items and should you reside in the Gauteng area, we may well be able to deliver for you at a cheaper rate, but that would require that you email your order to info@legion.co.za
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all physical addresses located in major cities within South Africa. Deliveries outside of SA need to be quoted separately. Should your delivery address be located in a rural area, please contact us to check if we can have your parcel delivered to the nearest courier depot.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once you have checked out & completed your online payment on our website, our dispatch team will need to prepare goods for you. Once all the items on your order have been assembled and packed, we will issue you with a parcel tracking number as soon as your goods have been dispatched. You will then be able to track the status of your parcel. Depending on where your order is going, deliveries will take between 3 – 5 working days. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will only be delivered the next week.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
Our courier will attempt to deliver again and thereafter make contact with you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
What are your delivery times?
Our deliveries are made via Pathteq from 09h00 to 17h00, Monday to Friday.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realize that the package is damaged, please follow our return and exchange policy.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your delivery/shipping address only if your order has not already been dispatched.
Can you hold my order for a few days?
Please contact us at customer care to advise us about such exceptions, we shall try our best to accommodate your instructions.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order with your Waybill number that you receive.
